Galvanized light gauge steel is formed into C-sections to dimensions similar to equivalent wood 2 x 4s and other dimension lumber, and is manufactured
under strict quality control.
Since steel framing is 1/3 the weight of its wood equivalent, wall sections
can easily be carried and erected by two workers, an important factor in
the ease of on-site assembly.

To the furthest extent possible, the houses are pre-cut and pre-assembled
in panels to minimize the cost of on-site labor. Steel framing is inherently
more accurate than wood and especially so when factory-assembled on
jigs. Wall sections are assembled into sections of up to 3 meters complete
with insulation and strapping.
We supply the material for a house as a kit containing the components
necessary to build the house. The major components include the wall, floor
and roof framing, roof sheathing and coverings, exterior wall finishes, trim
and mill work, vapor barriers and insulation, interior finishes, doors, frames,
