Ball mill machine is used for milling the chocolate cream by using some steel balls which will grind the chocolate cream in the double jacketed tank with the temperature controller.
There are 2 different capacity of our ball mill machine :
1. KBM 250 - with capacity of 250 liter of cream
2. KBM 500 - with capacity of 500 liter of cream
The mixing or milling time will be 2.5 - 3.5 hours/ batch, depend on the raw material's size and end product's size will be achieved.
