This type of paste is for PU resin eco-friendly high quality paste, mainly used for jean/ TC and water-proof nylon fabric.

Property:soft handfeel, high covering ability, high fastness, anti-abrasion, anti-acid.
Features:this paste is for PU based paste, the fastness and elasticity as well hand-feeling is better than acrylic based paste, the climate-resistance property makes the whole operation stage easy, stable property, suitable for high quality requested printing.
Process:Printing----dry naturally--------cure at temperature 130-150 for 3 minutes. Can meet 60 degree washing test for 2 hours.
Ecological:Eco-friendly paste
Formulation:white paste 30%.clear paste 70%.pigment 5%
Remarks:can meet 60 degree water fastness for 2 hours, be sure to conduct the water fastness test after completely dry, or it will effect the test result.
Attention: 1.5-2% catalyzer is matched for this paste, 1.5-2% of the catalyzer is suggested, the paste must be use up after 8 hours once the catalyzer is added, or the paste will be invalid but the paste will not be get gel .
