The labels (enzyme labeled antibodies, antigen, peptides, etc.) for Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) are unstable in low concentration, and extremely easy to lose activity. HRP enzyme stabilizer contains several kinds of HRP stabilizing agents, which have strong protection effect on HRP enzyme labeled reagents, maintaining the stability of diluted HRP enzyme reagents in extremely low concentration (ng level) at room temperature for at least 12 months and having good protective effect on the conjugate of both antibodies and antigens. Better protective effects can be achieved with co-action of low concentration BSA (1-2mg/ml). Contrast tests show that this product is better to various extents than many imported products, including Peroxidase Stabilizing Buffer from Sigmas, Guardian Peroxidase Conjugate Stabilizer from Pierce, and HRP Conjugate Stabilizer from Biodesign. The price of this Product is fairly competitive and can be used by ELISA manufacturers in large batches.
