China has launched the fourth generation of wood-aluminum compound windows in China, which is researched and developed based on the first three generations. This product has made innovative design concerning the shortcomings in terms of the product design, mainly in the following aspects:
(1) Wood and aluminum is joint together with buckles, which could not only avoid problems caused by thermal expansion coefficient, but also avoid quality problems as deficiency of adhesive structure caused by improper operation of by workers.
(2) The frame corner is double-chamber double-head corner connection; with the corner connection strengthen two times that of the double-chamber single-head corner and four times that of single-chamber single-head corner. At the same time, adhesive corner bonding is adopted to strengthen the corner strength of the whole window, and decrease the quality problem of corner-dropping.
(3) Super large structure at the middle frame point which is the major force support elements of doors and windows adopt strengthened middle frame to improve the overall bending strength of doors and windows. The bending strength could be improved by about two times, so that the force support status of the doors and windows is improved, and the three performances is strengthened.
(4) The improvement in drainage structure is to design in the principle of equal pressure, which makes the pressure of the water holding chamber equal with that of the atmosphere to avoid the seeping of rainfall. The structure of direct drainage is also a characteristic of the design, i.e. when some rainfall enters the water holding chamber, it will be directly drained outside, which could improve the drainage of rainfall. The design of overall water drainage protective structure is conducive in improving the watertight and drainage functions.
The 70 series of wood-aluminum compound window produced by our company is using high accuracy-level heat insulating aluminum alloy as the main body, embedded with high-level oak with good decorative effects. This design could meet the requirement on modern decorative effect of aluminum alloy windows by the construction industry. On the other hand, with wood elements brought to households, and making the exterior aluminum alloy directly connecting with the outside, this design could improve sun-proof, wind and rainfall resistant functions and extend the life of the window. The exterior aluminum alloy adopts powder electrostatic painting process which could enrich colors for windows, making it better match the overall effect of the external of the building.
