Cone crusher structure features:
Cone crusher is mainly composed of a frame, horizontal axis, a movable cone, the balance wheel, an eccentric sleeve, upper crushing wall ( fixed cone ), down crushing wall ( movable cone ), fluid coupling, hydraulic system, lubrication system, control system etc.There are three types , the difference of which is the inlet width and adjustment range of discharge mouth, adapting to different feed particle size and particle size of products. Standard type is for moderate crushing; medium suitable for medium and minor broken; the short head is applied to fine crushing.
Cone crusher working principle:
In the cone crusher working process, driving device drives the eccentric sleeve through the motor to rotate. Under the force of eccentric sleeve, the movable cone do rotation swing, and when movable cone closes to the fixed cone, the section becomes a crushing chamber, the material is broken many times by movable cone and static cone compression and impact. When movable cone leaving the section, material that has broken to the required size will drop under its own gravity, discharge from the cone bottom. Material for crushing is loaded from the cone crusher inlet.
