A family owned and run business based in the heart of East Anglia's Thetford Forest, DQ offers a friendly, personal, yet professional service. We provide first-rate products to the trade that are commonly used in both Domestic & Commercial developments.

Delivery is of course Free Of Charge to Mainland UK, with a large stock available on an unrivalled next day, or 3 - 5 day delivery.
DQ guarantee's every Towel Rail, Radiator and Valve on our No Quibble 5 year Warranty. Electrical good are provided with a 1 year Warranty. If our quality fails below that of what is expected of us than we will endeavour to dispatch a replacement the same day if possible - no forms to fill in or time to wait thus causing the least amount of disruption.
Electric & Dual Fuel Towel Rails are available from stock, as are DQ's full range of accessories; including thermostatic heating elements & valves, standard valves & additional towel holders.
Coloured Towel Rails are also stocked items available on a 5 - 7 day delivery with any RAL colours available as your chosen finish (subject to stock).
All DQ Heating products use state of the art working processes in painting and galvanic treatments ensuring superior finish, all manufactured to ISO 9001 & ISO 2409 standards.
