DBS LTD is the manufacturing facility of Flex-c-ment products for Europe and Middle East. The company has installers and dealers in several European and Middle Eastern countries. DBS LTD gives periodical trainings to potential installers to certify them as Flex-c-ment installers. The training is a requirement to be able to buy the products. In other words, there is no direct sales. The buyers must be trained. The 3 day training is $500 for the first and $250 for other persons from the same company.
