1 As the core part of the extrusion line, Zhongyun Technology Model ZTC-1500H corrugator can realize efficient cooling and fast molding of double wall corrugated pipes through adopting the patent technology of PQF forced fast cooling technique. Comparing with the cooling method of previous corrugator, it greatly raises the efficiency of both corrugations forming and cooling of the pipes. Consequently, the output of the extrusion line is increased by 40%.
2 Screw structure: efficient shield-style screw with a special blending-melt section greatly improves the plasticizing quality and output, and has a wide adaptability of raw material, especially suitable for the efficient extruding of PE/PP/PET/ABS.
3 Being equipped with the BRAS mould block movement adjusting system, the extrusion line can realize continuous production of online belling pipes in different lengths through adjusting the running corrugated mould blocks flexibly, which greatly facilitates the production of pipes catering to different market demand, and help customers increase the production flexibility and raise the competitive advantage by lowering the production cost of belling pipes.
4 Refined constitution design of the corrugators make it have extremely high stiffness and quite wide processing range, which break the limit of narrow processing range of common horizontal corrugators, reduce customers unnecessary investment on equipment and increase the flexibility of pipe production. The diameter of the pipes can range from DN/ID500mm to DN/ID1500mm (DN/OD600mm-DN/OD1800mm).
