To start the operation it will be necessary to get a bank instrument to be used as collateral guaranteeto open a credit line. The bank instrument to be use is a bank guarantee issued by a prime world bank in amount of US$ 100 Million or over .
The steps to get the bank instrument us:
1.To send a Letter of Interest, in a letter-head paper, stating the intention to get a bankinstrument;
2.Enlarged and clear passport copy of the signatory
3.To be ready to pay the banking taxes for due-diligences, insurance police and administrative costs.
4.To sign two agreements. The first one to get the bank instrument in a leasing form and the secondone for the commission involved.
For these steps it is not necessary to be present in Europe. We can handle all documentation by email and for the originals by express courier.
Using the renting bank instrument we will prepare the second phase of the project, as to say, to prepare all documentation to get the credit line. The steps to get the credit line are:
1.To send another Letter of Intent, in a letter-head paper, stating specifically the intention to get a credit line using the renting bank instrument;
2.To be ready to pay the taxes for administrative and financial costs
3.To sign another two agreements. The first one respecting the credit line and the responsibility to pay back ,the credit line and the second one respecting the commission involved.
We hope to expend a minimum of 45 banking days to conclude these transactions. In this second phase, it will be necessary that the signatory must be present at Geneva to sign the contracts.
