The Hyper SCADA Server couples the power of networking with the stability and versatility of the Linux Operating System and MySQL to offer a SCADA System Server that is secure, fast and reliable. The Hyper SCADA Server includes HyperTAC II SCADA Software, Browser-based Client HMI Software, a virtually unlimited number of Development Client Licenses, Alarm, Report and Trending Software, Process Logic Building Software, Graphical Screen Building Tools, Historical Database, MySQL and supports the industry standard Modbus Communications Protocol.
The core of a Hyper SCADA Server is the Hyper Server Module HSM, which includes a CPU, two voice-grade modems, and the necessary network interface hardware. In addition to the HSM, each Hyper Server Unit includes a Network Switch Module, Power Supply Module PSM, backup battery, and surge suppressors. Various Network Interface Modules are available to meet job-specific network requirements. Data backup is accomplished through the network by defining a client-computer backup location.
With HyperTAC II SCADA Software, its easy to create custom screens. Using the built-in Screen Builder Program, users can quickly develop screens for their applications using easy to understand configuration parameters and tools. A library of commonly used graphical objects enables you to create animated screens with minimal effort. In addition, images created in other graphic image development programs are easily imported for use.
Default Viewer: What makes our HyperTAC II SCADA software superior over many other SCADA software packages is its ability to create a default graphic screen immediately viewable after the RTU information is configured in the system.
SCADA Security: The HyperTAC II SCADA Software program installed on Open Control Solutions Hyper SCADA Server is password protected to prevent unauthorized access to the system. A valid user account login and password are required to access the system. All passwords are MD5 encrypted for optimum security protection. The system administrator can specify a users capabilities when assigning the user a login name and password.Once logged in, actions within HyperTAC II are limited by the permissions assigned to that particular login account. With this level of security, access to system functions and operator displays can be limited, or restricted altogether.
Open Control Solutions Hyper SCADA Server incorporates an SQL database back-end that is based on the database server engine MySQL.
