KRVD (Kingray Resin and Vitrified Bond Diamond) is specially designed for grinding non-ferrous materials. It has equivalent performances to the American RVG and Russian AC2, AC4, AC6, and is suitable to be applied into the grinding wheels for nonferrous materials, such as processing hard alloy, glass and industrial ceramics, etc.

1. Product with stable and high quality
Products have all passed ISO9001 Quality Management System Authentication. The quality will be inspected in accordance with the European and American standards through strict control during the whole production process.
2. Product with extremely irregular crystalline structure
KRVD series products are artificially synthesized with primary diamond in the form of extremely irregular block, being different from those acicular or flaky crushed materials on the market. It is such irregular shape that makes KRVD series products possessing the following good performances:
(1). Particles can be strongly held by bond, so as to avoid being fallen off grinding wheel in course of processing;
(2). It has a high grinding efficiency due to more blades and sharpness of grinding wheel.
(3). Such kind of diamond is also called self-sharpening diamond because its self-sharpening property can keep grinding wheel always being sharp.
3. Strict performance grading rate
KRVD series products, according to their fragility, can be classified into four kinds, i.e. high-fragile products (KRVD-h), medium-fragile products (KRVD-m), low-fragile products (KRVD-l) and super-low-fragile products (SKRVD).
4. It shows optimized performances in all bonding ways with phenol formaldehyde resin, or High temperature polyimide, as well as the vitrified bond. Tungsten carbide alloy, glass and industrial ceramics can be all easily ground with KRVD. Furthermore, dry and wet grinding with KRVD can both bring the results of quite high grinding efficiency and outstanding surface quality.
