Collet knobs are distinguished by their styling elegance, easy handling, long life, perfect fit on the shaft as a result of clamping chuck mounting (collet) and by their comprehensive accessories in different colours. Due to modular construction it has interchangeability and easy assembly of the knob body. Different colour caps, pointers, nut covers and marked dials can be simply plugged on the knob body. Knobs are available in three colours and caps and pointers are in seven colours. With this operating functions are better defined. Hence the large numbers of combination can be made. Different collet sizes are available to suit the different shaft diameter of potentiometers & Band switches of different makes and designs. 6.35 mm (1/4 "), 6 mm & 4 mm. are standard shaft diameter used.
New styled matt finish pointer knobs are designed to provide better hand grip on the knobs. Like standard knobs and wing knobs, pointer knobs are also having modular construction.
KNOB BODY
It is basic unit of the system. Different components can be fitted to it. Available with or without line marking
CAPS
Caps press fit on top of the knob body and gives attractive covering to the knob. Available in seven colours and with or without line marking.
NUT COVERS
It's function is to cover the mounting Nut fitted on the shaft.Nut covers are available only in 15 mm, 21mm & 23 mm. knob as rest knobs have recesses for nut in knob body. Available in 3 colours.
POINTERS
Pointers are snap fixed on the base of knob available for all knob sizes and in seven colours.
DIALS
Transparent dials are available in plain and with markings. It's function is to indicate angular position of shaft by arrow or line.
PCB CARD GUIDES
These card guides are for use in standard 19" Rack systems. The molded in fingers act as pressure pads to withstand vibration. It has snap fixing facility needs no mounting hardware. Available in Engineering Thermoplastic ABS and polycarbonate material.
