General Description:
NSF full name is Naphthalene Sulfonate formaldehyde condensate. Its high purity makes cement paticles with high dispersancy, low foaming, high range water reducing and obvious strengthening so that we can get advantages of accelerating project mould turnover and construction speed, and also saving cement, improving cement mobility and workability. NSF is a high range concrete admixture of concrete cast-in-place, prefabricating, pump and curing.
NSF has a good adaptability to various cements and NSF is no erodent to reinforcing bar and nonpoisonous and pollution-free. NSF has been applied to the highway, bridge, tunnel, water conservancy hydroelectric project, port, quay, skyscraper, power engineering, industrial civil building, prestressing force component and high range concrete etc.
Chemical Compositions:
Type A/05:
Appearance: yellow beige
Water content: 8% max.
Fineness (residue on 0.315mm): 15% max.
PH Value (10g/L): 8+/- 1
Cl: 0.4% max.
Na2SO4: 5.0% max.
(Na2O+0.658K2O): 4% max.
Cerment paste fluidity: 210mm min.

Type B/10 (Na2SO4: 10.0% max.) &
Type C/20 (Na2SO4: 20.0% max.)
Technical features & adaptability:
1. Mixing amount: 0.5-1.0% of cementing materials, reducing rate: 20-30%
2. Keeping concrete strength intact & mixing this product, cement saving amount can reach 15-20%
3. Mixing this product 0.7% (solid content), slump constant increases above 10cm
4. Adapting to high strength, early strength, flowing, prefabricating & curing and prestressing force concretes etc.
Before using this product, please read precaution first.

Precaution:
1. Using this product for the first time, please make experiment to choose best mixing ratio of NSF.
2. Confecting high strength and super high strength concrete, please use corresponding special cements, and make reasonable sand match and cement content in the range of standard.
3. In constructing, please strictly control water mixing amount.
4. Concrete mixed with NSF should lengthen mix time and strengthen curing.
Packing & storing:
1. 30kgs/bag with sealed lining inside.
2. While transporting, please beware of sharpness to protect from moisture. In case of powder affected of damp, it can be confected as solution to use.
3. NSF powder should be stored in special-purpose ventilated and dry warehouse.
