We offer Bag filter controller with following details:
Technical specification for BAG Filter Controller has time sequential Event generator for 8 or 16 Channels as Follows:
a. Service Output Channels
8 Channels or 16 channels as a standard output.
b. Duty on Time
20-200 milli Seconds. Adjustable in steps of 20 milli Sec.
On time adjustable from 20mS to 9999 Sec.
Off Time 1-60 Seconds in steps of 20 ms
Off time adjustable from 20mS to 9999 Sec.
c. Pause Time
It is a time gap between two successive timing cycles. This gap is useful in building up compressed air pressure. Pause time adjustable from 20mS to 9999 Sec.
d. Display
High Quality Liquid Crystal Display to display for Parameter Indication & for output channel number and for Data / Message indication purpose.
e. Output
One NO contact for Relay contact per channel. All output contacts are rated for 5 Amp. @ 230Vac on resistive load.
f. Operating Sequence
The operating sequence of the output solenoids is from 1st to last channel. The last operating channel can be selected by programming.
g. Sequence Termination
Timing sequence termination facility is provided at any desired channel. After terminating channel, the sequence shall resume from the 1st channel.
h. Channel Skip Facility
Unwanted channel can be skipped through programming.
i. Manual Pulsing
Generally Timer works in Auto Mode. Manual pulsing mode is also provided for cleaning the bags one by one in manual mode. The output channel remains ON till the pulsing key is pressed.
j. Program value retention incase of power failure
