Work Principle: Applying steam coating device by resistance heating in the vacuum studio. As a result the metal wire is fused into steam and deposited on the glass and thus, the reflection film is produced on its surface.
Coupled with the subsidiary equipment DL Cryogenic Oven, this equipment can produce silver, grey or dark brown glass with heating diffusion function.
Coating Process:
Step 1: Glass cleaning.
Step 2: Desiccation by baking.
Step 3: Vacuum coating.
Step 4: Surface spraying coating.
