SX series portable type stabilized DFB LD light source features in high output power, narrow optical spectrum, high side-mode suppression ratio etc. VCSEL has the characteristics of low driving circuit, high efficiency and long expectancy. FPLD light source has both long and short waves, output power lower than that of DFB LD and moderate cost.
