This patent takes PLC pulse reverse-wash UF as pretreatment. There is two-stage RO at the back of UF. Because of Concentrated Water of Two-stage RO Discerption and Circumfluence, the rate of water- utilizing will be increased 10%. And the life of RO Membrane is going to be protracted 20%. At the same time, the area of workshop would be reduced 30%. Compared with traditional technics, its running-expense will be a little reduced because of automation.
