Mechanism: Sildenafil Mesylate, same as Sildenafil is an inhibitor of type 5 -cGMP phosphodiesterase relaxing and smoothing muscle cells of the corpus cavernosum which leads to penile erection. This relaxation may be mediated by nitric oxide via cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP).
Efficacy: 52% will takes effect 30 minutes after taking, 82% takes effect 1 hour after taking for Sildenafil Mesylate. It has a terminal half-life of 5-12 hours. Its suggested dosage should be 100-150mg, and 120mg is suggested for the orient.
