According to general layout ,This line is mainly consisted by autom-loading machine, punching machine, 90°bending machine, arc bending machine, unloading belt conveyor, pneumatic system, hydraulic system and electric control system.
The working procedures are as follows: Loading the raw sheet in given dimension ---Automaticlly finish the forming work --- Manually take down finished work-pieces. This line is mainly used for manufacturing of circular arc and flat refirgerator door sheet.

Door Shell Forming Line
According to general layout ,This line is mainly consisted by autom-loading machine, punching machine, 90°bending machine, arc bending machine, unloading belt conveyor, pneumatic system, hydraulic system and electric control system.
The working procedures are as follows: Loading the raw sheet in given dimension ---Automaticlly finish the forming work --- Manually take down finished work-pieces. This line is mainly used for manufacturing of circular arc and flat refirgerator door sheet.

6.Applied Material: Pre-paint sheet, VCM sheet and no-varnish sheet;
7.Thickness of sheet: 0.4~0.6mm;

9.Compressed air supply: 0.5~0.65Mpa
