BRK-188-A BBQ grill utilizes the infrared heating system to cook food that avoids generating smoke dust.

The surface temperature of heating unit can reach to 1000 Celsius, and with the infrared heating system, the cooked food can be achieved uniform heating that made it aromatic and crisp. At the same time, the height of heating unit can be adjusted optionally, which make it convenient to control the surface temperature of food. Beside these, BRK-188-A outfits heat preservation cover to accumulate the heat avoid being influenced by external environment.
