PTFE PACKING WITH CHEMICAL RESISTANCE AND LOW FRICTION COEFFICIENT
PTFE packing or teflon packing is a braided packing made of high purity PTFE (poly tetra fluoroethylene) yarn without soaking any PTFE dispersion and lubrication. PTFE packing is a kind of self-lubricating, chemical inert, non-toxic and non-hazardous material.
In addition, PTFE is called "king of plastic" and causes no pollution to the medium or liquid. More importantly, PTFE is known for its outstanding resistance to chemical attack, low friction coefficient, low water absorption and wide temperature tolerance (including cryogenic applications).
Due to the above advantages, PTFE packing is widely used in chemical processing, food processing and pharmacy.

Long lasting performance.
Good flexibility and compressibility.
Tough interlock braid.
Superior chemical resistance. Resistant to the impact of water, steam, oil, fuel, solvent, acid and alkali.
PTFE packing is ideal for general valve and pump (including rotating, centrifugal and reciprocating pump) applications in chemical processing, food processing, cryogenic applications, industrial gas processing and hospital.
White PTFE packing is applied in the valve.
