Distilled monoglyceride, the content of emulsifying glyceryl monostearate is higher and the impurities of reducing efficiency are eliminated. So the emulsifying ability is 3-4 times higher than that of crude ester. Adding 0.05-2% can generally meet the processing needs of food and other products. It has the characteristics of white color, odorless and stable performance.

Glyceryl monostearate (GMS) produced from natural vegetable oils and fats, referred to as monoglyceride, is purified by molecular distillation technology, also called as distilled monoglyceride(DMG), is the most widely used food emulsifiers. It accounts for more than 50% of emulsifiers using in the market.
