Product Description

1.procket Materials:A3,45#,Carbon Steel, and so on.

2.Product Process: Firstly, processing the sprocket outline by stamping forming. Then processing the teeth by advanced milling machine, get the precision teeth shape.

3.Heat Treatment: Quenching and tempering heat treatment of the whole sprocket is greatly improved the sprocket mechanical properties. The tooth hardness was more than 68-72HRA, which improved the wear resistance of the sprocket.

4.SurfaceTreatment:Sand blasting, Galvanization. Sprocket can get nice appearance and can prevent corrosion.
