The xenon arc test chamber is a kind of xenon arc lamp that can simulate the whole sunlight spectrum to reproduce the destructive light wave in different environments. It can provide the corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated test for scientific research, product development, and quality control.


Application

Xenon arc test chamber can be used in the selection of new materials, improvement of existing materials or evaluation of changes in the composition of materials after the change of durability and other tests. The equipment can simulate the change of material exposure in sunlight under different environmental conditions.

By exposing the material to ultraviolet (UV), visible and infrared light, the light resistance of the material is measured. It uses a filtered xenon arc lamp to produce a full sunlight spectrum that is most consistent with sunlight. A reasonably filtered xenon arc lamp is the best way to test the sensitivity of the product to longer wavelength ultraviolet and visible light indirect light or through glass sunlight.
