FSY Fiberglass reinforced plastic submerged pump
FSY pump is for vertical FRP submerged centrifugal pump. The flow parts for the pump is polyvinyl butyral modified phenolic fiberglass by high temperature mold forming phenolic FRP parts. The connection tube and fluids discharging pipe are made of rolled semi dry process phenolic fiberglass tube. The impeller and shaft sleeve assembly all use phenolic daub and pump shaft sticks into an organic whole. The parts assembly under the liquids all uses phenolic daub binder. The parts submerged into the liquids are fiberglass plastic. No metal contacts the liquids.

FSY Vertical FRP submerged pump adopts the design of immersion. The pump body is immersed into the liquid storage tank. The impeller is installed on the end of the shaft and rolling bearing is away from the liquids. The upper parts of FSY Vertical FRP submerged pump has no corrosion from the liquid. As the pump body is immersed into the liquids, the pump can be started without filling liquids only when the liquids level is higher than pump body. When the pump conveys the liquid, the leakage liquid through the leak hole of the center pipe goes back into the tank. So the pump has no problem in exhausting, starting pump and leakage and sealing etc.
The submerged depth for FSY Vertical FRP submerged pump is in the range of 350mm to 3500mm
Transmission and rotation direction of the pump.
The pump is directly driven by the motor and is connected through the claw elastic coupling. The pump rotates clockwise from the motor end.

FSY Vertical FRP submerged pump is suitable to transfer the corrosion liquids especially for non oxidizing acid(hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid) which do not contain suspended solid particles, not easy to crystallize and the liquid temperature is not higher than 100 degree Celsius.
