Double wall corrugated pipe inner layer smooth, outer layer trapezoidal corrugated-size, hollow wall between inner layer and outer layer. Double Wall Corrugated Pipe is mainly used for underground water sewerage. The production of the pipe by direct extrusion is highly efficient and reliable. Because of the excellent design of wall construction, the pipe can ensure the lightest weight in comparison with other constructions. This means the cost of the pipe can be decreased greatly and the pipes competitive ability can be increased. It is widely used both at home and abroad as it is an easy and reliable coupling without any complex fitting, and replaces the concrete pipe and cast iron pipe. At present, PE double wall corrugated piping is being used extensively to ensure the development of environmental protection during networking of water and sewerage.

In order to meet the demand of plastic market, HUASU Company designed and developed this HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line SBG800 by absorbing advanced technology from foreign countries plastic machinery industry. This HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line is the latest study achievement in the plastic extruding area. The whole extrusion line is suitable for the high speed extrusion of HDPE, LDPE, and PP material. The complete line adopts directly extrusion (two extruders co-extruding) and forming technology, human-machine interface control system. Single Screw Extruder: High speed, high efficiency extrusion single screw extruder is specially designed for extruding PE material, grooved barrel, equipped with the lower noise fan, high speed and hard gear reducer. The inner and outer layers of the corrugated pipe are independently feed material by two extruders. It can make the inner and outer layers produce different material and guarantee high efficiency extruding.
Die head: the extrusion die head has two channel structure, nitriding and polishing handling, special designed mouth molds, suitable for different material and different ring stiffness pipe production. The special mold structure assures the inner and outer layer wall thickness even and forming stability.
Corrugator: Corrugator is adopted horizontal structure with shuttle type transmission, equipped with advanced water cooling system and vacuum forming system. It greatly increases the production speed. Special belling on line function decreases investment cost and improves production efficiency. Reducing quantity of mold blocks can reduce investment cost and energy consumption. Mold blocks adopt SIEMENS servo motor drive and advanced self-lubrication system. It assures moving accuracy and plastic pipe quality stability.
A high speed of production can be ensured by the corrugated forming system and forced cooling system combined with water and air cooling during constant production．The advanced programmable lubricating system decreases abrasion of mould blocks to a minimum while lengthening their lifespan and ensuring running precision and stable quality.
Mold blocks: They are corrugated forming molds which are formed by special aluminum alloy material through precision casting. They have high precision and strength, and excellent heat dissipation.
Cutting machine: High-strength alloy steel blade, rotary cutting, smooth pipe incision, dustless cutting. The tracking device makes the cutting location precision. Germany SIEMENS professional PLC programmed controlling system makes operation easy and sensitive.
Control system: it adopts SIEMENS professional PLC control system, 15 "large color touch screen human-machine interface, high automation, reliable running, easy operation, remote communication function which can realize remote fault diagnosis and rule out the possibility.
