YJS-720 two components platinum cured silicone with 1:1 mixing ratio by weight. It is soft food grade silicone,
with 20 Shore A hardness, which is suitable used for moulding chocolate & icing sugar, candy, cakes, fondant.

What is the hardness should I choose
Normally 5~55 Shore A will be the best, but it also should according to your size and pattern design.
When stored at or below 32°C (89.6°F) in the original unopened containers, G-8 series Silicone have a usable life of 12 months.
