Chenfan Electric is the export brand of Xiongxian Chenfan Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd., based in Xiong County, Hebei, China. We manufacture transformer cores and process grain-oriented electrical steel (CRGO/GOES) for transformer manufacturers.
Our manufacturing scope includes step-lap cut-to-length laminations, identified lamination sets, pre-stacked cores and assembled cores made to customer-approved drawings. CRGO supply options include original coils, slit coils and processed core laminations. Material grade, thickness, dimensions and the delivery configuration are agreed for each project.
Production controls cover material traceability, cut dimensions, edge and burr condition, joint alignment, stacking sequence and core geometry. Inspection records and protective packaging are arranged for the receiving factory and transport route. With 51–100 employees, Chenfan supports international B2B customers with drawing-based manufacturing and coordinated delivery.
