ISY electric internal-mount pipe beveling machine for pipe-end beveling, facing and chamfering before welding. Three-jaw self-centering internal expanding clamping. Selection is based on pipe inside diameter, not outside diameter. Current model limits: ISY30 ID 15–28 mm, maximum wall 5 mm; ISY80 ID 28–76 mm, maximum wall 15 mm; ISY125 ID 45–125 mm, maximum wall 15 mm; ISY150 ID 65–150 mm, maximum wall 20 mm; ISY250 ID 80–240 mm, maximum wall 20 mm; ISY351 ID 150–330 mm, maximum wall 20 mm; ISY426 ID 273–426 mm, maximum wall 15 mm; ISY630 ID 300–630 mm, maximum wall 15 mm. Electric supply: 220 V, 50 Hz only; 110 V and 60 Hz are unsupported. Motor power and spindle speed depend on the selected model. Standard tools are for carbon steel; stainless and alloy steel require material-matched tooling. Confirm pipe ID, wall thickness, material, access and bevel requirements before quotation. Standard configuration factory dispatch 5–10 working days, subject to order, stock and factory schedule; international transit is additional. Custom configurations require technical review.
