Magnetic Hermetically sealed Agitator Mixer

Tengyu magnetic sealed agitators are widely used in various industrial production scenarios. Traditional agitators adopt packing seals or mechanical seals to prevent medium leakage. As these are dynamic seals, leakage cannot be fully eliminated. Such leakage issues have long been a challenge in industrial production.

To meet this demand, Tengyu has successfully developed the MTC series magnetic agitators, drawing on our many years of manufacturing experience with magnetic drive pumps.

The MTC series are Tengyu’s magnetic transmission agitators. This equipment uses permanent magnetic coupling for stirring systems. Since the magnetic coupling transmits torque without physical contact, the conventional dynamic seal is replaced with a static seal. This completely resolves the leakage problem inherent to traditional dynamic seals. The equipment is the preferred choice for petrochemical, pharmaceutical, light industry, bioengineering sectors, as well as scientific research institutions.
