The CHBEB 167 kVA Pole Mounted Transformer is designed for outdoor installation on utility poles. Its cylindrical tank lowers wind resistance and keeps the unit stable. During installation, make sure the mounting base is level and the oil tank is reliably grounded to prevent lightning damage and electrical leakage.

During operation, check the oil level, oil temperature and insulation regularly. An abnormal rise in oil temperature may indicate an internal fault. Before maintenance, disconnect the power supply and drain the insulating oil. Then use professional test equipment to measure the winding insulation resistance and confirm it meets safety standards.
