Mine explosion-proof induced draft fan
Mine explosion-proof induced draft fan
Product Overview
The Mine explosion-proof induced draft fan is designed for main ventilation and exhaust applications in coal mines and underground mining operations.
The fan uses an axial-flow impeller to move large volumes of air through mine ventilation systems. It can be equipped with a flameproof motor and customized according to required airflow, pressure, mine ventilation resistance, shaft dimensions, power supply and operating environment.
FBCZ fans are suitable for continuous-duty main ventilation systems, including mine return-air systems, main ventilation stations and underground mine exhaust applications.
Working Principle
The FBCZ fan operates on the axial-flow principle, with air moving through the fan along the axial direction.
Typical exhaust ventilation process:
Underground Mine → Return Airway → FBCZ Main Fan → Exhaust Outlet → Atmosphere
The rotating impeller generates axial airflow and draws return air from underground workings through the mine ventilation network.
The required fan duty point should be determined according to the mine ventilation resistance and required airflow.
Main Applications
The FBCZ Series can be used for:
Coal Mine Main Ventilation
Underground Mine Ventilation
Mine Exhaust Ventilation
Mine Return-Air Systems
Main Return Shafts
Mine Ventilation Stations
Deep Mine Ventilation
Underground Metal Mines
Non-Coal Underground Mines
Centralized Mine Ventilation Systems
Exhaust-Type Mine Ventilation
