Mine Auxiliary Ventilation Fan
Mine Auxiliary Ventilation Fan
Product Overview
The Mine Auxiliary Ventilation Fan is designed for local and auxiliary ventilation in underground mines, including coal mines, metal mines and underground development projects.
The fan is typically installed near a mine heading or working area and connected to a flexible ventilation duct to deliver fresh air over long distances.
With an axial-flow configuration and compact construction, the JK / DJK series is suitable for mine heading ventilation, underground tunnel ventilation, local working-area ventilation and auxiliary mine ventilation systems.
Depending on the actual mining environment, the fan can be configured with industrial, mining-duty or flameproof electrical equipment.
Working Principle
The JK / DJK fan operates as an auxiliary forcing ventilation fan.
Typical ventilation arrangement:
Fresh Air → JK / DJK Fan → Flexible Ventilation Duct → Mine Heading / Working Face
The fan pressurizes fresh air and delivers it through the ventilation duct to the underground working area.
For long-distance ventilation, fan selection should consider airflow, pressure loss, duct diameter, duct length and duct leakage.
Main Applications
