BOPP Printing And Laminating Film 18 Micron

BOPP printing and laminating film is a biaxially oriented polypropylene web made for gravure, flexo and offset printing, then laminated to PE, CPP, BOPET or foil to build snack, noodle, biscuit, candy and daily chemical packs. The corona treated surface holds ink and adhesive firmly, so print registration and bond strength stay stable through high speed runs.

Width: 200-10,000 mm jumbo roll, slit width from 20 mm
Core: 3 inch (76 mm) or 6 inch (152 mm), other core sizes on request
Length: 2,000-8,000 m per roll, or by weight
Surface treatment: single or double side corona treated, 38-42 dyn/cm
Packing: moisture barrier wrap plus pallet or wooden case

QUALITY CONTROL AND DOCUMENTATION
Thickness and gauge profile, tensile strength, elongation, haze and gloss, coefficient of friction, seal strength and where required WVTR or OTR are checked on every production lot. A batch certificate of analysis (COA) is issued with the shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.

ORDER TERMS
Payment: T/T or L/C at sight (30 percent deposit, balance against copy of B/L for T/T). Other terms can be discussed.
MOQ: 1 roll for a trial order, 1 tonne for production runs.
Lead time: 7-15 days for stock gauges, 20-25 days for custom specification and slitting.
Port of loading: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
Packing: moisture barrier film wrap, palletised or packed in wooden cases, customer label accepted.

CUSTOMISATION
Custom gauge, web width, slit reel count, corona level, slip grade and core size are set per order. Sample roll for press trial is available before the bulk run.
