BOPP Heat Sealable Film Two Sides Coated

Two side heat sealable BOPP film carries a sealable layer on both faces, so it can be sealed to itself without an additional sealant web. It is used for candy twist wrap, flower sleeves, bakery bags, textile and stationery overwrap where a clear, glossy pack is needed on a simple horizontal or vertical sealing machine.

Width: 200-1,600 mm, slit to customer width
Core: 3 inch (76 mm) or 6 inch (152 mm), other core sizes on request
Length: 2,000-6,000 m
Surface treatment: corona treated print side, non-treated seal side
Packing: carton or pallet with moisture barrier film

QUALITY CONTROL AND DOCUMENTATION
Thickness and gauge profile, tensile strength, elongation, haze and gloss, coefficient of friction, seal strength and where required WVTR or OTR are checked on every production lot. A batch certificate of analysis (COA) is issued with the shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.

ORDER TERMS
Payment: T/T or L/C at sight (30 percent deposit, balance against copy of B/L for T/T). Other terms can be discussed.
MOQ: 1 roll for a trial order, 1 tonne for production runs.
Lead time: 7-15 days for stock gauges, 20-25 days for custom specification and slitting.
Port of loading: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
Packing: moisture barrier film wrap, palletised or packed in wooden cases, customer label accepted.

CUSTOMISATION
Seal strength level, seal initiation temperature, slip and anti-block values, width and roll format can be tailored. Printed versions with customer artwork are available.
