BOPP One Side Heat Sealable Film

One side heat sealable BOPP film seals on a single face while the reverse side remains non-sealable and print ready. It is the standard structure for pillow bags and overwrap where one web is laminated to a sealant or used alone, giving a clean unsealed reverse face for printing and stacking.

QUALITY CONTROL AND DOCUMENTATION
Thickness and gauge profile, tensile strength, elongation, haze and gloss, coefficient of friction, seal strength and where required WVTR or OTR are checked on every production lot. A batch certificate of analysis (COA) is issued with the shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.

ORDER TERMS
Payment: T/T or L/C at sight (30 percent deposit, balance against copy of B/L for T/T). Other terms can be discussed.
MOQ: 1 roll for a trial order, 1 tonne for production runs.
Lead time: 7-15 days for stock gauges, 20-25 days for custom specification and slitting.
Port of loading: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
Packing: moisture barrier film wrap, palletised or packed in wooden cases, customer label accepted.

CUSTOMISATION
Seal layer thickness, seal temperature window, width and core size can be adjusted. Slit reels and short rolls for trial are available.
