BOPP White Pearlized Opaque Film

BOPP pearlized film is a coextruded white opaque film with a pearl like finish, produced on a casting to biaxial orientation line. The fine cavitation gives a bright, low density white surface that prints well, blocks light and hides the product inside, which is why it dominates confectionery, soap, ice cream and label applications.

Surface treatment: one side corona treated, both sides heat sealable
Packing: pallet with moisture barrier

QUALITY CONTROL AND DOCUMENTATION
Thickness and gauge profile, tensile strength, elongation, haze and gloss, coefficient of friction, seal strength and where required WVTR or OTR are checked on every production lot. A batch certificate of analysis (COA) is issued with the shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.

ORDER TERMS
Payment: T/T or L/C at sight (30 percent deposit, balance against copy of B/L for T/T). Other terms can be discussed.
MOQ: 1 roll for a trial order, 1 tonne for production runs.
Lead time: 7-15 days for stock gauges, 20-25 days for custom specification and slitting.
Port of loading: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
Packing: moisture barrier film wrap, palletised or packed in wooden cases, customer label accepted.

CUSTOMISATION
Whiteness level, pearl density, thickness, sealability and width are adjustable. Printed pearl film with customer design is available.
