BOPP cigarette packaging film transparent

BOPP cigarette film is a high clarity, low haze tobacco wrapping film with controlled shrinkage, made for hard pack and soft pack cigarette overwrap. It runs on high speed packing machines, gives a tight, glossy wrap and keeps the pack aroma in while resisting scuffing in the carton.

QUALITY CONTROL AND DOCUMENTATION
Thickness and gauge profile, tensile strength, elongation, haze and gloss, coefficient of friction, seal strength and where required WVTR or OTR are checked on every production lot. A batch certificate of analysis (COA) is issued with the shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.

ORDER TERMS
Payment: T/T or L/C at sight (30 percent deposit, balance against copy of B/L for T/T). Other terms can be discussed.
MOQ: 1 roll for a trial order, 1 tonne for production runs.
Lead time: 7-15 days for stock gauges, 20-25 days for custom specification and slitting.
Port of loading: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
Packing: moisture barrier film wrap, palletised or packed in wooden cases, customer label accepted.

CUSTOMISATION
Shrinkage level, width, slip and anti-static treatment, matt or clear finish and printed tear tape integration can be supplied to the packing line requirement.
