BOPP metallized silver film high barrier

Metallized BOPP film is a vacuum aluminized web that adds a bright silver barrier layer to a BOPP base. It is laminated to a sealant film for snack, coffee, biscuit and detergent packs where a metallic look and a moisture and oxygen barrier are needed at a lower cost than foil.

QUALITY CONTROL AND DOCUMENTATION
Thickness and gauge profile, tensile strength, elongation, haze and gloss, coefficient of friction, seal strength and where required WVTR or OTR are checked on every production lot. A batch certificate of analysis (COA) is issued with the shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.

ORDER TERMS
Payment: T/T or L/C at sight (30 percent deposit, balance against copy of B/L for T/T). Other terms can be discussed.
MOQ: 1 roll for a trial order, 1 tonne for production runs.
Lead time: 7-15 days for stock gauges, 20-25 days for custom specification and slitting.
Port of loading: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
Packing: moisture barrier film wrap, palletised or packed in wooden cases, customer label accepted.

CUSTOMISATION
Metallized optical density, surface resistance, base gauge and width can be specified. Primer coated and print ready versions are available.
