BOPP capacitor film rough surface

BOPP capacitor film is a super clean, high purity polypropylene dielectric film with a controlled rough surface that lets impregnating oil or resin flow and prevents blocking in winding. It is the dielectric in AC and DC film capacitors and is also supplied metallized with heavy edge for self healing designs.

Packing: vacuum aluminium foil bag plus carton

QUALITY CONTROL AND DOCUMENTATION
Thickness and gauge profile, tensile strength, elongation, haze and gloss, coefficient of friction, seal strength and where required WVTR or OTR are checked on every production lot. A batch certificate of analysis (COA) is issued with the shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.

ORDER TERMS
Payment: T/T or L/C at sight (30 percent deposit, balance against copy of B/L for T/T). Other terms can be discussed.
MOQ: 1 roll for a trial order, 1 tonne for production runs.
Lead time: 7-15 days for stock gauges, 20-25 days for custom specification and slitting.
Port of loading: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
Packing: moisture barrier film wrap, palletised or packed in wooden cases, customer label accepted.

CUSTOMISATION
Thickness, width, roughness grade, metallized pattern, heavy edge width and reel weight can be produced to drawing.
