BOPP thermal lamination glossy film

Glossy BOPP thermal lamination film is a BOPP base coated with an EVA hot melt layer, used to finish offset and digital printed sheets. It protects the print from scuffing and moisture, boosts colour saturation and is applied on a standard roll laminator at 85-105 C without any solvent.

QUALITY CONTROL AND DOCUMENTATION
Thickness and gauge profile, tensile strength, elongation, haze and gloss, coefficient of friction, seal strength and where required WVTR or OTR are checked on every production lot. A batch certificate of analysis (COA) is issued with the shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.

ORDER TERMS
Payment: T/T or L/C at sight (30 percent deposit, balance against copy of B/L for T/T). Other terms can be discussed.
MOQ: 1 roll for a trial order, 1 tonne for production runs.
Lead time: 7-15 days for stock gauges, 20-25 days for custom specification and slitting.
Port of loading: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
Packing: moisture barrier film wrap, palletised or packed in wooden cases, customer label accepted.

CUSTOMISATION
Matt, soft touch, metalized and laser finishes, custom width and roll length, and low temperature adhesive grades are available.
