BOPET thermal transfer ribbon base film 4.5 micron

BOPET 4.5 micron film is an ultra thin biaxially oriented polyester web used as the carrier for thermal transfer ribbon coating. Its smooth surface, high tensile strength and heat resistance keep the ribbon flat and crisp at high print speed, which is why it is the standard base for wax, wax resin and resin barcode ribbons.

QUALITY CONTROL AND DOCUMENTATION
Thickness and gauge profile, tensile strength, elongation, haze and gloss, coefficient of friction, seal strength and where required WVTR or OTR are checked on every production lot. A batch certificate of analysis (COA) is issued with the shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.

ORDER TERMS
Payment: T/T or L/C at sight (30 percent deposit, balance against copy of B/L for T/T). Other terms can be discussed.
MOQ: 1 roll for a trial order, 1 tonne for production runs.
Lead time: 7-15 days for stock gauges, 20-25 days for custom specification and slitting.
Port of loading: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
Packing: moisture barrier film wrap, palletised or packed in wooden cases, customer label accepted.

CUSTOMISATION
Thickness 3.8-6 micron, primer type, width and reel length can be produced to order. Slit reels from 10 mm are available.
