BOPET clear polyester film 12 micron

Clear BOPET film is a transparent, high strength polyester web used for lamination, printing, metallizing, insulation and release applications. It brings dimensional stability and heat resistance that BOPP cannot match, so it is the outer layer in retort pouch, stand up pouch and electrical insulation structures.

Surface treatment: one or two side corona treated, 38-42 dyn/cm
Packing: pallet with moisture barrier

QUALITY CONTROL AND DOCUMENTATION
Thickness and gauge profile, tensile strength, elongation, haze and gloss, coefficient of friction, seal strength and where required WVTR or OTR are checked on every production lot. A batch certificate of analysis (COA) is issued with the shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.

ORDER TERMS
Payment: T/T or L/C at sight (30 percent deposit, balance against copy of B/L for T/T). Other terms can be discussed.
MOQ: 1 roll for a trial order, 1 tonne for production runs.
Lead time: 7-15 days for stock gauges, 20-25 days for custom specification and slitting.
Port of loading: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
Packing: moisture barrier film wrap, palletised or packed in wooden cases, customer label accepted.

CUSTOMISATION
Gauge, width, treatment level, heat stabilised grade and slip properties can be set to requirement. Slit reels and sheet are available.
