BOPET metallized film silver barrier

Metallized BOPET film is a vacuum aluminized polyester web used to build high barrier laminates for coffee, snack, pet food and medical packaging. It offers a brighter, more uniform metallic layer and better heat resistance than metallized BOPP, and it bonds well to foil replacement structures.

QUALITY CONTROL AND DOCUMENTATION
Thickness and gauge profile, tensile strength, elongation, haze and gloss, coefficient of friction, seal strength and where required WVTR or OTR are checked on every production lot. A batch certificate of analysis (COA) is issued with the shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.

ORDER TERMS
Payment: T/T or L/C at sight (30 percent deposit, balance against copy of B/L for T/T). Other terms can be discussed.
MOQ: 1 roll for a trial order, 1 tonne for production runs.
Lead time: 7-15 days for stock gauges, 20-25 days for custom specification and slitting.
Port of loading: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
Packing: moisture barrier film wrap, palletised or packed in wooden cases, customer label accepted.

CUSTOMISATION
Optical density, base gauge, primer, width and slitting can be specified to the lamination structure.
