BOPET insulating film for motor and transformer

BOPET insulating film is an electrical grade polyester film used between windings, in slot liners, and as flexible insulation in motors, transformers and coils. It combines high dielectric strength with thin gauge, so it saves space in compact machines while keeping thermal class B to F performance.

QUALITY CONTROL AND DOCUMENTATION
Thickness and gauge profile, tensile strength, elongation, haze and gloss, coefficient of friction, seal strength and where required WVTR or OTR are checked on every production lot. A batch certificate of analysis (COA) is issued with the shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.

ORDER TERMS
Payment: T/T or L/C at sight (30 percent deposit, balance against copy of B/L for T/T). Other terms can be discussed.
MOQ: 1 roll for a trial order, 1 tonne for production runs.
Lead time: 7-15 days for stock gauges, 20-25 days for custom specification and slitting.
Port of loading: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
Packing: moisture barrier film wrap, palletised or packed in wooden cases, customer label accepted.

CUSTOMISATION
Thickness, width, corona treatment, heat stabilised grade and reel format can be produced to specification.
