PVDC coated K film high barrier

PVDC coated K film is a BOPP base with a polyvinylidene chloride dispersion coating that delivers a high oxygen and moisture barrier at low cost. It protects cheese, cooked meat, ham, coffee and pharmaceutical blisters where aroma retention and shelf life matter.

QUALITY CONTROL AND DOCUMENTATION
Thickness and gauge profile, tensile strength, elongation, haze and gloss, coefficient of friction, seal strength and where required WVTR or OTR are checked on every production lot. A batch certificate of analysis (COA) is issued with the shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.

ORDER TERMS
Payment: T/T or L/C at sight (30 percent deposit, balance against copy of B/L for T/T). Other terms can be discussed.
MOQ: 1 roll for a trial order, 1 tonne for production runs.
Lead time: 7-15 days for stock gauges, 20-25 days for custom specification and slitting.
Port of loading: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
Packing: moisture barrier film wrap, palletised or packed in wooden cases, customer label accepted.

CUSTOMISATION
Coating weight, base gauge, seal strength, print primer and width are available to specification. Acrylic coated alternative can be offered where PVDC is restricted.
