BOPP packing tape jumbo roll is a clear or coloured BOPP film coated with water based acrylic adhesive on a large master roll, ready for cutting into finished tape widths. It seals cartons at high speed with strong holding power, and the jumbo roll format keeps converting cost low.

Surface treatment: corona treated film, adhesive coated one side
Packing: carton or pallet, shrink wrapped

QUALITY CONTROL AND DOCUMENTATION
Thickness and gauge profile, tensile strength, elongation, haze and gloss, coefficient of friction, seal strength and where required WVTR or OTR are checked on every production lot. A batch certificate of analysis (COA) is issued with the shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.

ORDER TERMS
Payment: T/T or L/C at sight (30 percent deposit, balance against copy of B/L for T/T). Other terms can be discussed.
MOQ: 1 roll for a trial order, 1 tonne for production runs.
Lead time: 7-15 days for stock gauges, 20-25 days for custom specification and slitting.
Port of loading: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
Packing: moisture barrier film wrap, palletised or packed in wooden cases, customer label accepted.

CUSTOMISATION
Width, length, film thickness, adhesive type (acrylic or hot melt), colour and printed logo are available. Finished small rolls can be packed to customer artwork.
