CPP cast polypropylene film for lamination

CPP film is a cast polypropylene web used mainly as the sealant layer in lamination structures. Unlike BOPP it is not stretched, so it seals at lower temperature and gives a soft, flexible pack for bread, snack, retort pouch and textile.

Length: 500-3,000 m
Surface treatment: corona treated print side, sealable reverse
Packing: pallet with moisture barrier

QUALITY CONTROL AND DOCUMENTATION
Thickness and gauge profile, tensile strength, elongation, haze and gloss, coefficient of friction, seal strength and where required WVTR or OTR are checked on every production lot. A batch certificate of analysis (COA) is issued with the shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.

ORDER TERMS
Payment: T/T or L/C at sight (30 percent deposit, balance against copy of B/L for T/T). Other terms can be discussed.
MOQ: 1 roll for a trial order, 1 tonne for production runs.
Lead time: 7-15 days for stock gauges, 20-25 days for custom specification and slitting.
Port of loading: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
Packing: moisture barrier film wrap, palletised or packed in wooden cases, customer label accepted.

CUSTOMISATION
Sealant grade, seal temperature, slip, anti-block and width can be set. Retort grade is available with heat resistance to 121 C.
