BOPA nylon film 15 micron

BOPA nylon film is a biaxially oriented polyamide web with outstanding toughness, puncture resistance and gas barrier. It is the core layer in vacuum bags, retort pouches and frozen food packs where the bag must survive handling, bones and sharp contents without pinholes.

QUALITY CONTROL AND DOCUMENTATION
Thickness and gauge profile, tensile strength, elongation, haze and gloss, coefficient of friction, seal strength and where required WVTR or OTR are checked on every production lot. A batch certificate of analysis (COA) is issued with the shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.

ORDER TERMS
Payment: T/T or L/C at sight (30 percent deposit, balance against copy of B/L for T/T). Other terms can be discussed.
MOQ: 1 roll for a trial order, 1 tonne for production runs.
Lead time: 7-15 days for stock gauges, 20-25 days for custom specification and slitting.
Port of loading: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
Packing: moisture barrier film wrap, palletised or packed in wooden cases, customer label accepted.

CUSTOMISATION
Thickness, width, slip level and heat stabilised grade can be supplied. Wet and dry lamination grades are available.
